Dear brothers and sisters in faith,

in the past, churches were built tall, with a cross on top. They were meant to be visible from afar, as a symbol of hope, support, and orientation. Today, many churches stand empty, some are even being demolished. But we believe:

Christianity not only has hope in Bremen, but Christianity is hope for Bremen.

That's why we cordially invite you to join us in carrying the cross not only in your hearts, but also in taking it to the streets, right through our city.

The March for Christ is a public declaration of faith.

We stand by our faith, peacefully, courageously, and together. In 78 countries around the world, such a thing is not possible. That we are allowed to do so is a grace, and we want to make this grace visible.

Let us gather around Jesus.

We sing, celebrate Jesus, and pray for our city of Bremen. Not just for a moment, but we walk through the streets praying and blessing. Afterwards, we join the Bethany Open Air on the market square. Whether Catholic, Protestant, non-denominational, or otherwise: we are one body. Let us set a sign together that radiates hope, not divides, but unites.
